The Secretariat of Clergy, Consecrated Life and Vocations just released a survey conducted by the Center for Applied Research in the Apostolate: “A Portrait of the Permanent Diaconate: A Study for the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops 2012-2013.”
I am writing today, however, because as part of the roll-out for the survey, the Secretariat commissioned several blog posts from permanent deacons serving in the United States, and one of them is from our own Deacon Denny Nash of Good Shepherd Parish in Louisville.
