To assist the Archbishop in the administration and supervision of the temporalities of the local church and its juridic persons.
To improve communications and accountability to the community by publication of audited financial statements of the Archdiocese of Louisville.
To provide accounting services to archdiocesan agencies including payroll and financial reporting.
To provide guidance, technical assistance, consultation, and professional development opportunities to pastors and staffs (business managers and bookkeepers) responsible for parish and school financial operations.
Manages the Archdiocese of Louisville Deposit and Loan Fund as well as the Parish, School, and Cemetery endowment funds.
Performs compliance audits for parishes, schools, and other Catholic organizations.
Manages and monitors all liability, property, and worker’s compensation insurance for the Archdiocese and all archdiocesan parishes and schools.
