Description: St. Dominic Church in Springfield is seeking a Parish Bookkeeper.  We are a medium size parish with approximately 500 families; a school and pre-school with 225 students; multiple school and parish related organizations, and a school cafeteria.    The bookkeeper reports to the pastor and performs all financial bookkeeping and accounting functions, in accordance with archdiocesan financial standards.
Qualifications: Familiarity with PDS Ledger, Paycor, Excel, Word and Outlook Express is strongly desired. Candidate must have 3 to 5 years of experience in bookkeeping/accounting, possess excellent organizational skills, maintain confidentiality about parishioners, volunteers and staff, and be an active Catholic.

We are looking for a Marketing & Promotions Coordinator to organize and execute strong marketing and communication campaign plans for St. Gabriel the Archangel Parish, including our church, school and preschool.  This coordinator will bring our story to life in person and across multiple communication channels – including social media, video, web, email, and print.
Qualifications: Proficiency in multi-media applications are a must. This position requires a person with a storyteller’s vision—capable of inviting and encouraging community interaction.

This is an hourly position (20-29 hours per week, 52 weeks per year) eligible for paid time off and retirement benefits. We are looking for a Director of Music ministry who has a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of experience in music ministry, and a thorough understanding of Roman Catholic liturgy. This person of active faith is responsible for the effective planning, coordinating, and execution of music within the liturgical celebrations of the parish, including weekend Masses and special worship services, in addition to oversight of the Adult and Children’s Choirs.
Qualifications: This position requires a person with a vision for developing the parish’s worship potential and who is capable of inviting, motivating, and training all parish ministers of music. Candidates must be team players able to foster unity among music ministers and collaborate with all the ministries of Saint Gabriel’s parish, including a consistent interaction with the school music teacher and liturgy planning for school liturgies. Weekend and holiday work is required. Proficiency in at least one performance area is a must, with keyboard skills preferred.
