Description: St. Paul Parish and School has an immediate opening for a Custodian. The custodian position is responsible for cleaning tasks, including classrooms, hallways, restrooms, windows, offices, entry points, and stairwells. This work includes sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, disinfecting and emptying trash. Position will also be required to help with event setup/teardown and moving and carrying objects weighing up to 50 pounds. The position also requires some outdoor cleanup activities such as weeding and policing the grounds around campus. The custodian will also help with snow and ice removal.
During the summer schedule, the position will also be called upon to help with floor cleaning (stripping and waxing floors) and simple maintenance tasks such as painting.
Occasional overtime may be required for special events, including weekends and evenings.
This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. Summer hours may differ from in-school hours.
Qualifications: High School diploma. Knowledge of tools and products used for cleaning and general maintenance. Prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting and carrying of heavy objects. Ability to work on a ladder is also a requirement. People skills: must be able to work and interact well with people of all ages. Valid driver’s license required. All employees must pass a background check and attend Safe Environment training provided by the Archdiocese.

Responsibilities include maintaining and cleaning of buildings, grounds, and equipment, performing minor repairs and coordinating work with vendors.
Qualifications: General knowledge of maintenance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, electrical, and some HVAC required. Must have the ability to work flexible schedules, some night and weekend work is required.

Description: St Albert the Great Catholic Parish is seeking a Full-Time Director of Faith Formation and Evangelization to enhance the Catholic Identity of its parishioners and oversee Adult Faith Formation opportunities. This position will report to the Pastor.

Responsibilities include: Plan and coordinate faith formation activities for the parish which include: Bible Studies, Parish Missions, Men & Women Welcome Retreats, our Grace Marriage Program, and support of various fellowship groups. This position would also work with School Administration in forming the Catholic Identity of both its students and teachers. Finally, oversee the parish OCIA program, assist as needed the children’s faith formation during sacramental events, attend and assist with liturgy planning meetings in creating meaningful sacramental liturgies, annual budgeting, and finally attending the semi-annual Parish Council Meeting.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have a bachelors degree in theology, have 5 years experience in sacramental parish ministry. Applicant must also be proficient with Microsoft Office, have excellent communication skills, be a team player, and maintain confidentiality. Description: St Albert the Great Catholic Parish is seeking a Full-Time Pastoral Associate focused on overseeing the pastoral needs of the Parish. This position will report to the Pastor.

Responsibilities include: Coordination of care and support for the physical and emotional needs of the parish.  This individual will coordinate the care and support for the physical and emotional needs of the parishioners including:  those who are sick, homebound, hospitalized, bereaved, and the nursing homes that we serve in collaboration with the parish clergy.  This individual would be present to parishioners with end-of-life transition needs, funeral planning, bereavement help, and follow-up support group assistance.  This position also oversees the numerous internal outreach ministries already in place, as well as creating new support opportunities.  Finally, this individual would assist with wedding preparation, coordinating wedding rehearsals, closely working with the Director of Worship for special masses, budgeting, and attending the semi-annual Parish council meetings.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate would have a Masters Degree in Pastoral Ministry or a Bachelors in a related field with the intent of achieving a Master’s degree.  Applicant must have proficiency using Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, be a team player, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
