Bulletin Blurb for June 24, 2018

Religious Liberty is our first, most cherished liberty. God made us as creatures who seek truth about God and about life, and religious freedom is the cornerstone of a society that promotes human dignity. During this week, we strive to pray, reflect, and act to ensure that all persons of faith, both in our country and worldwide, are given this freedom to worship and to serve others in God’s love. As Pope Francis reminds us, “All are called to be vigilant, precisely as good citizens, to preserve and defend that freedom from everything that would threaten or compromise it.” Learn more at www.usccb.org/ReligiousFreedomWeek.
