Catechist Credit: 3 hours apply toward Catechetics
This session invites current teachers of middle school and/or secondary school to share their lessons and unit plans from Catholic Social Teachings. Pedagogical strategies will be explored, and best practices will be noted in order for teachers to effectively engage students in their call to serve their communities. In addition, participants will discover ways to integrate a course on social justice into service learning.
