Why Choose Louisville Catholic Schools?

You want what is best for your children, whether that means their education, faith, or health. Catholic Schools provide a unique environment that allows students to grow in their faith while performing at high academic levels.

Community

The community found within a Catholic school is nurturing, spiritual, and inclusive. Your children will be surrounded by dedicated educators, parents, and advocates who will guide them on their unique journey. Learning and care are not limited to within the school walls but continue outside of the classroom as well.

Faith

When you invest in a Catholic education for your children, you are instilling religious values that will guide them for the rest of their lives. Every day, children and youth in Catholic schools have the opportunity to learn about the person of Jesus Christ. Ultimately, a Catholic education prepares students to be good stewards of God’s gifts and active people of faith who serve others, participate in their faith and civic communities, and make a difference in the world around them. Catholic schools welcome students from a variety of ethnic, religious, and social backgrounds: all are welcome.

Academics

Faith and academic excellence form the core of a Catholic school education. Students emerge from Catholic schools with a robust liberal arts education supported by technology. Students learn decision-making skills, develop high levels of literacy in language arts and mathematics, apply inquiry-based experimentation and problem solving, and build understanding and appreciation for world history and cultures. Students score higher than average on standardized tests and gain the tools to become lifelong learners.

Tuition Assistance

An investment in a Catholic school education will benefit your child for the rest of his or her life. Need-based tuition assistance is available and last year, more than $20 million was distributed by the Catholic Education Foundation, parishes, and individual schools to families in the Archdiocese of Louisville. Beginning on October 15, the tuition assistance form is available online at www.ceflou.org. The application for assistance for elementary schools is due on November 30,

What Our Families Have To Say

We believe that religion should be a part of our children's daily learning. As parents having the support of a school to help us teach our faith is priceless. We also know that we are providing the best education for our kids to succeed.
