Catechist Credit: 2.5 hours applies toward Theology in the content area of Catechetics

We do much with Advent, Christmas, Lent, and Easter Sunday, but what about the sacred connection of Holy Thursday and Good Friday with Easter?  What about the Triduum?  Catechists and school teachers will have an opportunity to discover how they can give their students a better sense of what the Triduum is and how it fits within the Catholic Tradition. Through various lessons and activities that will help bring the Triduum alive in the classroom, students will be encouraged to attend the Triduum liturgies in their parish with the hope that their new- found enthusiasm for these days will inspire their parents to attend, too.
