Sr. Paula and Sr. Margaret: May They Rest in Peace

I join with the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth, Kentucky in mourning the violent death of Sr. Paula Merrill, SCN.

I also extend my deepest sympathies to the School Sisters of St. Francis on the death of Sr. Margaret Held, SSSF.

Sr. Paula has spent the last 30 years ministering in Christ’s name to the poor and vulnerable as a nurse, and she and Sr. Margaret served together as nurse practitioners in central Mississippi.
