Bridal Issue Registration Form - July 31, 2008 Issue

By filling out and submitting the form below, you will be registering for a wedding announcement in the July 31, 2008 issue of The Record. In this issue, we will report on weddings between July 31, 2008 and January 28, 2009. The DEADLINE for this issue is 10:00 A.M. JULY 16, 2008. No submissions will be accepted after this time.

If your wedding has already taken place, we're sorry we missed the opportunity to publish it. If your wedding is January 29, 2009 or later, please check back in August, 2009 for the the form to register for that issue.

NOTE: The Bridal Edition is now being published in FULL COLOR!

Photographs:

All photos must be submitted in color. No black-and-white photos will be accepted. The best pictures in wedding announcements come from sharp, original photos. Select a large, sharp image of the bride or couple (with their heads close together), or take a few close-up photos of the couple in front of a blank wall or other plain background. Daylight is better than indoor lighting and/or a flash.

You may submit your photos in two ways: Mail or bring a hard copy of the photo (with your name clearly written on the back), or e-mail the photo to us (with your name included in the body of the e-mail) using the link below. If using hard copy, please note that we CAN NOT USE photos printed from your home computer or scanner.

We must have a copy of your application form on file in order to print your announcement. By clicking on "submit" on the form, you agree to abide by the guidelines given above.

PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST INCLUDE THE FULL NAME OF THE BRIDE IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE E-MAIL. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT BEING PRINTED WITH NO PHOTO! Please BE SURE the bride's name is included so that we can avoid any confusion and print your announcement correctly.
