Bridal Registration Form — July 26, 2012

The Record welcomes the opportunity to honor couples who will be celebrating the Sacrament of Marriage through its semi-annual bridal supplement. By filling out and submitting the form below and confirming your marriage within the Catholic Church, you will be registering for a wedding announcement in the July 26, 2012 issue of The Record. In this issue, we will report on weddings between July 26, 2012 and January 30, 2013.

The DEADLINE for this issue is 12:00 P.M. on JULY 6, 2012. No submissions will be accepted after this time.

If your wedding has already taken place, we’re sorry we missed the opportunity to publish it. If your wedding is January 31, 2013 or later, please check back in September 2012 for the form to register for that issue.

Photographs:

All photos must be submitted in color. Black-and-white photos WILL NOT be accepted. Select a large, sharp image of the couple with their faces close together and at about the same level, or take a few close-up photos of the couple in front of a blank wall or other plain background. Daylight is better than indoor lighting and/or a flash.

To submit a photo, you can mail or bring a clearly labeled hard copy or a CD containing a digital file of the photo to our office, or you can e-mail the photo to us using the link below. If you send a hard copy, please note that we CANNOT USE photos printed from a personal printer.

If you are submitting a photo via e-mail, please send it to Rachell Rauh. PLEASE NOTE: YOU MUST INCLUDE THE BRIDE’S FULL NAME IN THE SUBJECT LINE OF THE E-MAIL. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN YOUR ANNOUNCEMENT BEING PRINTED WITH NO PHOTO!

We must have a copy of your application form on file in order to print your announcement. By clicking on “submit,” you agree to abide by the guidelines given above and grant us permission to publish your bridal announcement in the July 26, 2012 issue of The Record.
