Sister Judith Ann Wilson, SCN - March 9

Sister of Charity of Nazareth Judith Ann Wilson died March 9 at Nazareth Home in Louisville. She was 87 and had been a member of the SCNS for 59 years.

She served in education in Kentucky for 30 years. In the Archdiocese of Louisville, she taught at Most Blessed Sacrament School from 1950-56 and served in child care at St. Thomas-St. Vincent Home from 1971-74. She also tutored at St. Thomas More School from 1980-81 and worked in community service at St. Gregory Convent, Samuels, Ky., from 1984-86.

Survivors include two sisters, Marie Harmeling of Florence, Ky., and Sister Ann Leo Wilson of Nazareth, Ky.; one brother, Paul Wilson of Bloomington, Ind.; many other relatives and friends; and sisters in the SCN congregation.

The Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated March 13 at St. Vincent Church, Nazareth, Ky. Burial was in Nazareth Cemetery.
