Twenty-three (23) Catholic elementary and high schools in Jefferson County reopened successfully today (Thursday, September 18). In addition, the following five (5) Catholic elementary and high schools in Jefferson County will reopen on Friday, September 19:

- St. Athanasius School, 5915 Outer Loop, 40219
- St. Nicholas Academy (North), 4333 Hazelwood Avenue, 40215
- St. Nicholas Academy (South), 5501 New Cut Road, 40214
- DeSales High School, 425 Kenwood Drive, 40215
The following elementary and high schools remain closed due to a lack of electricity or other storm-related issues:
