Catholic Charities Holds Rice Bowl Lunch
February 13, 2014 (Louisville, Ky.) On Wednesday, February 19, beginning at 10:30 a.m., Catholic Charities of Louisville will hold an event for Catholic school students to learn about Catholic Relief Services’ Rice Bowl program. This will be held at Holy Cross High School (5144 Dixie Highway) and will feature an interactive display, lunch, and remarks from Thomas Awiapo from Ghana, an individual who benefitted from the funds raised by this program for Catholic Relief Services.
