Communion Minister Formation is a two-session program for all those who are presently serving in this role in their parishes as well as those preparing to serve in this role in the future. Each two-hour session will include the Theology of the Eucharist, Liturgical Ministry and the Practical Aspects of the Role of the Communion Minister. The formation program will fulfill the training portion of the canonical mandate required for Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion.
