Purpose
- To maintain the centralized archdiocesan database that houses the Record mailing list and also is used for major archdiocesan mailings to various leadership groups
- To maintain records of all donations to the archdiocese and provide donors, parishes and archdiocesan staff needed reports on a timely basis
- To maintain all file servers, network equipment, PCs, printers and other computer equipment in use in diocesan offices and agencies
- To provide data services to archdiocesan agencies as needed
- To maintain the archdiocesan web page
- To guide the archdiocese into the future in the area of information technology
