Good Things Are For Sharing:
Stewardship Education for Elementary Age Students

Good Things Are For Sharing is a two to three week thematic unit on stewardship for students in kindergarten through eighth grade. Its user-friendly and versatile design allows the program to be utilized in a variety of instruction environments: single teacher class settings, team teaching classrooms, or catechists in parish religious education programs. Stewardship activities and lessons are easily adaptable to the various age and grade levels of primary and middle school students.

 

  


From the Heart:
Stewardship Education for Middle and High School Age Students

From the Heart is an excellent stewardship resource for use in a middle school, high school, or youth ministry setting. From the Heart uses interdisciplinary learning techniques incorporating the subjects of theology, language arts, social studies, science, health, math, psychology, fine arts, and extra-curricular activities. It is designed to help young adults understand the importance of living as “good stewards”.





A Guide to Good Things Are For Sharing and From the Heart
This guide, free with the purchase of Good Things Are For Sharing and From the Heart, offers helpful information for catechists, teachers, youth ministers, and directors of religious education on effective use of the materials. This guide also explains how these manuals correlate with the religious education guidelines established by the Archdiocese of Louisville and the Catholic Bishops of Kentucky.



Sharing Our Gifts of the Heart:
A Stewardship Curriculum Guide for Religious Education Programs

Designed for catechists in religious education programs, Sharing Our Gifts of the Heart is a stewardship resource that has been adapted from Good Things Are For Sharing and From the Heart. Thematic lessons include: defining stewardship, stewardship of time, talent, and treasure, stewardship and social justice, stewardship and the parish, stewardship and prayer, lifelong stewardship, and stewardship and scripture. Activities are designed to engage students in learning how to live a life of Christian stewardship.
