Immaculate Conception Parish, located in LaGrange, Kentucky, serves more than 900 families with vibrant worship, service, preschool, school, religious education and outreach programs.

Saint Albert School in Louisville, Kentucky, serves 669 students in grades K-8.

 

Goal 4: To foster discipleship and provide leadership for all areas of church ministry.
Many People, One Faith

The discipleship of all the baptized and recruitment of the next generation of leaders are the strategic directions for Goal 4. Action steps in this goal focus on development of the leadership of parishioners, ongoing formation of lay and ordained ministers, and recruitment of young adults who wish to consider church ministry as a career. Emphasis is also placed on the importance of stewardship education and empowerment of volunteers on both parish and diocesan levels.
