Recognizing that liturgical training for parish ministers has been in place for many years, the action steps focus on the formation and training of the People of God. Other initiatives challenge us to foster, affirm, and embrace the diversity that exists in our Catholic faith; recognize everyday realities, especially in the family and workplace, as opportunities for stewardship; and begin parish dialogues on the spirituality of work.
